The Moisture Meter is used to detect moisture and if found could mean either termite infestation or a leak which may lead to a termite infestation.
The Video Scope is used when termites are detected. This involves an invasive inspection by drilling a small hole and inserting a camera inside the area allowing the inspector to assess and report on the extent of the damage. The inspector can also give advice on how to rectify the issue.
The Thermal Imaging Camera is another tool that enables the inspector to find heat patterns associated with termite nesting in concealed areas. The Camera will detect moisture/leaks.
Termatrac is another tool that enables the inspector to detect movement in the walls via a radar system. The system can allow you to track the point of entry.
